This transactional robot integrates the TABHOTEL software, allowing the check-in and the reservation of a product. This technology offers a self-service checkout experience to its users. Its creators also call it: the connect cart.

The customer path: A customer arrives at the point of sale and doesn’t find their product. They order it on their own on the robot’s tablet. They will pay part of the item with their bank card to launch the order. When they come back to retrieve their product at the point of sale, they will be recognized because of the bank card token and they will quickly pay the rest of their order and retrieve their product.
